Caritas
My friend has made
an atomic chilli sauce
and given me a small jar
and a warning to be careful
it tastes wonderful
it has a beautiful colour
this existential dilemma
where two roads diverge
on the one hand
the contents will last forever
on the other hand
a little goes a long way
I tighten the lid
and place it in the dark
where its dreams resolve
the problems of the world
